SHRINK BAGS

Our shrink bags are made of the highest quality, made with a brand new technology of "bubble extrusion" and cooling crystallization to 9 layers, which ensure greater brilliance and transparency, enhanced gas barrier and a considerable increase of mechanical resistance, allowing us to lower the thickness while maintaining unchanged the technical characteristics.

 

Can be supplied in versions with EVOH high barrier, gassing chunks, pasteurisable and sterilisable, and with different types of welding, neutral or printed, taped or bulk.

 

Thicknesses from 45 to 105 my, suitable for packaging of fresh meat, with or without bone, meats, hams, cheeses and more.

SBM45

The shrink bag SBM45 is particularly suitable for the packaging of fresh meat without bones and in general for all meat and processed meat / sausage.

 

The special properties of the bag SBM45 are:

 

EVOH barrier

High transparency and brilliance

Good puncture resistance

High heat shrinking (over 45%)

welding overlaping

Excellent sealing properties, even on surfaces contaminated

SBP60

The shrink bag for cooking SBP60 is particularly suitable for the packaging of pre-cooked and cooked meat that is not.

 

The special properties of the bag SBP60 are:

 

EVOH barrier

High transparency and brilliance

Excellent puncture resistance

Temperature stability

High heat shrinking (over 35%)

welding overlaping

Excellent sealing properties, even on surfaces contaminated

SBM70

The shrink bag SBM70 is particularly suitable for the packaging of fresh meat, sausages and hams, with or without bones and has excellent resistance to perforation.

SBM85

The shrink bag SBM85 is particularly suitable for the packaging of fresh meat, sausages and hams, with or without bones and has excellent resistance to perforation.

High heat shrinking (over 35%)

SBG105

The shrink bag SBG105 is particularly suitable for the packaging of fresh meat, bones with sharp and sharp edges that require high resistance to perforation.

Excellent puncture resistance (obtained through special layer structure of PA)

High heat shrinking (over 27%)
